4. Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: card payments via Paystack and Flutterwave, bank transfer, Pay on Delivery (Lagos & Abuja only), and Reeves Wallet. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and applicable fees.

For bank transfer payments, your order will be held pending verification of payment. We require a receipt upload or email confirmation. Orders unpaid after 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 36 states in Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions outlined in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Sale items are final sale.
